Tahiti and Her Islands
Like sparkling jewels in the South Pacific, Tahiti and Her Islands rise from the deep ocean blue and beckon visitors to experience their special magic.
Nearly everyone has an idea of what their Tahiti is - the quintessential South Pacific island. Considered by many to be the most beautiful islands in the
world, these gems of the South Pacific offer a feast for the senses. Jagged cliffs rise from turquoise waters, lush valleys open to pristine white-sand beaches
and the scent of flowers is always in the air. A world just as spectacular is waiting below the ocean's surface, as thousands of colorful fish abound in the rich
waters which surround the islands and motus (small islands) in the area.
The people of these islands are as beautiful as the land and offer their warmth and hospitality. Tahitians are known for their natural grace and gentle nature. They
are a proud people, with a rich culture graced by many beautiful dances and songs. The women of these islands are often shy and standing in the shadows until it is time
for dance, then their grace and beauty come alive when the music of the islands beckons. The young men of Tahiti are natural outdoorsman and seem to be in tune with
their island home. The history of the islands can best be seen in the faces of the elders, a quiet dignity and grace - always happy to share a story of their Tahiti.
The true beauty of Tahiti and Her Islands are the impressions and memories that will live in each visitor long after they have departed.
